Happy New Year! Students and staff members have returned from the holiday break well-rested  for the second half of the school year. First semester ends on January 13 and second semester begins on January 16. This is a great time for parents to check on their children's academic progress and to contact their teachers with any questions or concerns.

Basketball season is in full swing and everyone is excited about the first home games with Cook Inlet Academy on January 13-14. The Raiders appreciate having parents and community members at the games to cheer them on to victory! Raider fans are always great about welcoming our visiting teams with their famous hospitality and show of sportsmanship!

We are getting our fair share of snowy weather this winter and we are so appreciative of the City of Unalaska Roads Crew for the great work they do keeping our streets plowed. Drivers are encouraged to be extra careful and to watch for children walking along the roadways and in the schools' parking lots.
